Second Shift Annual Individual Membership Fee: for new members: $50/year; existing members: $40/year. Membership entitles individuals to have access to Second Shift's website and on-line network; to receive Second Shift's quarterly newsletter, to attend Second Shift's events. The membership fees do not include the cover price for each event.

Second Shift Events: Cover prices vary depending on location, programming and member/non-member status.

Corporate Annual Membership (allows for membership of up to 10 employees): $500/year

Individual Career Counseling and Career Coaching: $65/hour for members; $100/hour for non-members (**individual career counseling and career coaching will not be provided to any current employee of any Second Shift corporate client or corporate sponsor without the express consent of the corporate client or sponsor in order to avoid any conflict of interest or appearance of a conflict of interest).

Building an Internal Corporate Second Shift: management fee $20,000 for survey and leadership and content for four events (or $5,000 per event) (not including out of pocket expenses and guest speaker fees) plus an optional $5,000 corporate sponsor fee (See Sponsorship Plan entitlements below plus up to 10 employee memberships). Second Shift will administer an internal survey to measure the corporate climate for a career mothers’ network. After the survey is completed, employers will be provided with leadership and content for the establishment of their own internal Second Shift Network. Services will include the organization of the first year’s events: initial event, arrangement of a guest speaker for the second, third and fourth events. Second Shift will work with company representatives to build consistency and sustainability of program internally. Consulting fee beyond the establishment of the initial year of programming or initial event, whichever the case may be, is $250/hour.

Second Shift LLC Sponsorship Opportunities

Second Shift LLC recognizes the value of its target market to organizations whose purpose, products and services are consistent with Second Shift's mission. In turn, in a true symbiotic relationship, Second Shift also recognizes the limited amount of time available to its constituency to seek goods, products and services that help make life of a busy career mom run smoothly. Consequently, Second Shift LLC has developed several benefits to sponsors which, in turn, will benefit Second Shift's valued market-career moms. These benefits include publicity in the Second Shift Newsletter, and on the Second Shift Website, speaking engagements, and advertising at Second Shift Events.

Sponsorship Purpose and Guidelines

Second Shift's purpose in obtaining sponsorships is to aid in its own marketing effort by joining with entities and individuals who are committed to the advancement of career women with children. Through effective fundraising efforts and financial commitments from sponsors, Second Shift hopes to gain the ability to provide stronger services, counseling, and educational events for its target constituency while at the same time expanding Second Shift's reach and influence and growing its constituency.

For companies and individuals who are interested in obtaining a Second Shift LLC sponsorship, the following guidelines must be met:

The requesting individual or company must possess values and business and personal objectives that are consistent with the Second Shift mission. Companies must also be a valid business and in good standing. Second Shift reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to identify its selected sponsors based on the criteria it establishes for individual and corporate sponsorship, from time to time.
The proposed product, service or topic must be of interest to Second Shift's patrons.
The proposed sponsor must not be in conflict with Second Shift's mission.

The benefits of Second Shift Sponsorship

As a Sponsor, Second Shift allows you to provide acknowledgement of your involvement by:

Mentioning sponsoring company and its goods or services as a Second Shift sponsor at events or in event brochure (1).
Placing Sponsor's items in goodie bags (2).
Having Sponsor company employees to attend and/or volunteer at events (3);
Speaking Engagements (this benefit may, at the discretion of Second Shift LLC, include a welcome message at events) (4).
